October 2015 draw
The draw for the Second Round of the Parafix Sussex Senior Challenge Cup was broadcast by BBC Sussex on Saturday 17th October 2015 and also on Twitter.
Ken Benham, Chief Executive of the Sussex County FA drew the home teams, and Tony Miles from Parafix drew the away teams.

- Crawley Town vs. Hastings United
- Mile Oak vs. Worthing
- Haywards Heath Town or Sidlesham vs. East Grinstead Town
- Selsey or Steyning Town Community vs. Hassocks
- Broadbridge Heath vs. Ringmer
- Littlehampton Town vs. Loxwood
- Bognor Regis Town vs. Langney Wanderers
- Horsham vs. Peacehaven & Telscombe
- Pagham vs. Burgess Hill Town
- Little Common vs. Oakwood
