3M™ 1245 EMI shielding tape has a dead soft, embossed copper foil carrier, coated on one side with an acrylic adhesive. The unplated copper is for non-corrosive conditions and the embossing makes excellent contact through the adhesive. The copper foil backing is solderable and resists oxidation and discoloration. It is typically used for applications requiring excellent electrical conductivity from the application substrate through the adhesive to the foil backing.
1245 tape has a UL 510 flame rating and is available in non-standard slit rolls, sheets and custom shapes.
