Parafix were delighted to attend the first Worthing & Adur Job Fair organised by Tim Loughton, MP for East Worthing & Shoreham and hosted by Northbrook College at the newly built part of their Broadwater Campus.
The fair was well attended with companies from all sectors, with Parafix being one of the few representing Engineering & Technology in the local area.
Our primary goal was to talk to young people about our forthcoming apprenticeship program and this seemed to be well received with a number of potential candidates putting in their CVs. It was pleasing to see so many local firms attending the Fair with specific roles to fill, showcasing the recovery of Worthing and Adur from the recession.
