Polyimide film insulating tapes, including Kapton tape, are specially designed for high temperature applications requiring a thin, puncture resistant backing. They are ideal for high temperature electrical applications in which a tough, thin insulating material is required for wrapping coils, transformers, capacitors and wire harnesses. They are also used as a cover layer and for wave solder masking in printed circuit board assembly.
Utilising our range of converting capabilities we can offer polyimide film insulating tapes in custom width and length rolls or in custom shapes and final presentations.
