    Designed to cool the most demanding electronics applications, thermally conductive grease provides high thermal conductivities, minimum bondline thicknesses and superior surface wetting.

    Used in applications such as graphics chips, computers, semiconductor cases and heat sinks, these thermal greases do not dry out or pump out and remain stable through all industry standard reliability testing.
