  • Silicone rubber gaskets and seals custom made to your requirements

Silicone rubber is a highly resilient material, with a long service life, due to its ability to perform in a range of extreme environments. We supply silicone rubber gaskets and seals using the highest quality materials, including Roger’s high performance Bisco silicones, commonly used for gaskets, seals, heat shields, cushions and insulation for a variety of applications.

Utilising our range of converting capabilities, we can laminate silicone rubber materials with double sided adhesives and convert the bespoke material construction into custom shapes, sizes and final presentations suited to your unique requirements. We also offer a range of silicone foams

Silicone rubber gaskets and seals offer:

    • Performance in a wide range of temperatures
    • Good tensile strength
    • Flexibility
    • Compression set resistance
    • Inherently good electrical insulating qualities
    • Excellent resistance to environmental extremes e.g. UV, moisture, ozone and contaminants
    • Wide range of thicknesses and hardness options
