We actively seek ways to improve the way we operate; in fact, we don’t stop. We have a dedicated Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to research and implement various ‘lean’ projects. Our ongoing efforts target usage efficiencies and improvements in timings; all designed to improve turnaround times and uphold our high quality standards.
Our CI processes include:

- SMED
- 5Y Root Cause Analysis
We also continually assess our technology capabilities against our customers’ needs and, as such, we steadily invest in state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, to support the ever more technically challenging needs of our customers.
