We manufacture in the UK. Over the years, we have increased the size our premises many times. This has allowed us to store more materials and to house our growing range of sophisticated converting equipment.
Design and prototyping facilitiesDesign and prototyping facilitiesCutting machineryCutting machineryWe use state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to convert large log rolls of material into complex, bespoke shapes. These include laser machines, flat-bed and rotary die-cutters, slitters and guillotines. We utilise over 100 pieces of converting equipment and regularly develop our manufacturing capabilities to offer more and more sophisticated adhesive components.
Clean room facilitiesClean room facilitiesWe offer class 7 clean room manufacturing compliant with accreditation BS EN ISO 14644-1 to support customers requiring a controlled production environment. The air quality, temperature and humidity are highly regulated, protecting sensitive equipment and customer materials from contamination of dust and other impurities that can cause damage. This allows us to meet the strict contamination and quality requirements of our customers in our healthcare, automotive and electronics markets.
Automated assembly equipmentAutomated assembly equipmentWe have the capabilities to assemble customers’ components in-house using automated pick and place equipment and can also supply this equipment for integration into our customers’ own manufacturing processes.
Automated pick and place equipment provides convenient and consistently accurate assembly; we even use it in our own manufacturing processes.
Inspection and quality controlInspection and quality controlOur dedicated Quality Departments use a range of measuring devices to ensure our customers’ components are produced exactly to specification; for example, camera systems, peel test equipment and optical gauging, high precision measuring equipment.
