    Heat activated films are nitrile phenolic based thermoplastics with a similar bond strength to that of a VHB tape. When heat and pressure are applied, the film is activated and will bond to substrates not normally suited to pressure sensitive adhesive tapes. Films will bond with ease to metals, plastics, textiles, foams and wood.

    Heat activated film is available with different adhesives on either side, for the bonding of different substrates e.g. metal to plastic. We have an extensive range of film products from World leading manufacturers. Click on the products tab for more information.
