  • About polyester foam

    Polyester foam has an evenly spaced, open cell structure, with good mechanical strength and compressibility. It is a resilient material and ideal for applications requiring sound absorption, cushioning and vibration damping. Polyester foams are also used in gasketing and sealing applications where low air permeability is required.

    Utilising our range of converting capabilities, we can laminate polyester foam with double sided adhesives and convert the bespoke material construction into custom shapes, sizes and final presentations suited to your unique requirements.
