  • Venting and filtration materials to your required dimensions

    Venting and filtration materials provide a vital role in the management of temperature, humidity, gases and pressure, and the prevention of liquid, dust and chemical contamination. Our product range includes hydrophobic materials that prevent the ingress of water, yet remain a fully functioning breathable membrane, even in harsh environments. Our oleophobic materials operate in the same way but resist ingress of oils and other low surface tension fluids.

    When sourcing the right venting and filtration solution, there’s no need to be restricted by pre-determined dimensions, materials or adhesives. Parafix can produce parts to your exact specification, be it for a custom width roll, into sheets or as custom shapes. We can also advise on the optimum venting material for your application and offer a broad range of material combinations through our partnerships with a wide range of world leading material manufacturers. The presentation of your part can also be custom designed, for example, for ease of handling or automated assembly.

    This doesn’t have to cost more than an ‘off the shelf’ part, in fact, our bespoke service is often better value for money; reducing your design and testing costs, improving manufacturing efficiencies and enhancing the quality of your products.
