ADDEV Parafix shortlisted for award

We are pleased to announce that ADDEV Parafix Holdings Ltd has been shortlisted for the Sussex Super Growth Awards.

Sussex Super Growth is a partnership between asb law, Reeves accountants and Lloyds Commercial Banking – with The Argus as media partner.

It is the first attempt to produce a definitive index of the County’s best-performing companies. With rigorous criteria and for companies with more than £1 million turnover, Super Growth is all about celebrating wealth-creating, jobs-generating business.

The awards aim to recognise companies that are bringing growth, prosperity and jobs to the County of Sussex. They’re also an opportunity for Directors and Staff to be recognised for their efforts in achieving sustainable growth and contributing to the economic recovery after a long recession.

Last week we were visited by Shirley Smith, Partner at Reeves and Steve Sadler, Relationship Director at Lloyds Bank Group (pictured above) for a meeting to discuss the awards. We received a lovely bottle of sparkling wine from Ridgeview Wine Estate, a local company nearby in Ditchling.

Managing Director Mike Punter commented: “we are delighted to be shortlisted for this award; we have worked very hard, both in our UK and Hungary sites, to bounce back from the recession.

“This has included upgrading our marketing efforts as well as our adhesive tape converting capabilities. We introduced 12 new job roles in 2014, 10 of which were filled by under 25s, and we’re set to do the same in 2015. “

The awards will be held on March 5 at the American Express Community Stadium; our fingers are crossed until then!
