Second manufacturing site in Hungary

We are delighted to announce that Parafix Hungary is to open a second manufacturing site, in Ercsi, just 20 miles south of our Budapest site.

A suitable building has been identified, which requires some renovation and certain modifications, to accommodate the manufacturing facility. New die-cutting machinery has been purchased to use at the site, which has been installed at a temporary second site in Ercsi to enable manufacturing with this equipment to begin. Once the alterations to the permanent site have been made, the machinery will be relocated there.

With funding assistance from Government grants, we were able to purchase state-of-the-art converting machinery which will allow us to produce more complex, advanced converted parts. In addition, we will also be able to produce the more simple ‘standard’ converted parts faster and to the same high quality standards.

The new site will provide us with an additional 8500 square feet of manufacturing capacity, allowing us to meet the growing demand for custom adhesive components.
