October 2017 draw
The draw for the second round of the Parafix Sussex Senior Challenge Cup was broadcast by BBC Sussex Radio on Saturday 14 October 2017 and also on Twitter.
Colin Wills, director from Parafix drew the home teams, and Ken Benham, chief executive officer of the Sussex County FA drew the away teams.

- East Preston vs. Brighton & Hove Albion
- Hastings United vs. Hassocks

- Eastbourne Borough vs. AFC Uckfield Town
- Broadbridge Heath vs. Eastbourne United Association
- East Grinstead Town vs. Oakwood
- Lewes vs. Horsham YMCA
- Haywards Heath Town vs. Selsey
- Shoreham vs. Saltdean United
- Worthing vs. Lancing
