New UK Quality Manager

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Paul Bickmore to the position of Quality Manager at our UK head office.

Paul, previously Quality Assurance Coordinator – Medical Devices, was chosen for the position for his experience and commitment to total quality across the organisation, having worked in the Quality Assurance (QA) department for almost eight years.

He holds the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor certifications and has extensive experience in project management, such as for a scope extension to our ISO 13485:2003 and EN ISO 13485:2012 certification.

As Quality Manager, Paul is tasked with implementing a seamless transition to the new standard requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 and 13485:2016 accreditations, which have been enhanced to enable global alignment of each respective QMS.

He will also build upon the existing quality framework which will incorporate our expansion plans, to accommodate our growing business.
