We are delighted to announce the appointment of Tom Mildenhall to the role of Operations Manager at our Spencer Road site in Lancing, West Sussex.
Due to increased growth and the acquisition of an additional manufacturing facility, Tom joins us as we prepare to transition the Spencer Road site to a clean room only manufacturing facility.
The aim is to become a centre of excellence for our customers. We will do this by applying some basic Lean Techniques, setting targets and driving SQCD accountability to shop floor. This, coupled with a new focused and competent workforce, will enable us to create a solid foundation to progress our manufacturing facility and to continue being the Converter of choice.
Tom offers 12 years of healthcare industry experience, including manufacturing within a highly regulated environment, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and implementing and sustaining lean manufacturing principles.
