ADDEV Parafix is Disability Confident

ADDEV Parafix has always been committed to equality in the workplace. In order to add a formal framework to our efforts and to ensure we are staying ahead of the standards, we joined a government led employer scheme called Disability Confident.

Disability Confident scheme supports employers to make the most of the talents disabled people can bring. It aims to increase understanding of disability, remove barriers to disabled people and ensure that they have the opportunities to fulfil their potential.

ADDEV Parafix uses inclusive recruitment practices and supports employees with disabilities and health conditions: from providing a range of specialist office equipment, including ergonomic chairs, to providing specialized personal protective equipment and flexible working.

7.6 million working age people in the UK have a disability. Enabling their inclusion into the work force was a natural step for ADDEV Parafix and we hope to encourage other companies to do so as well.
