Silver Anniversary Trio

In late summer of 1994, ADDEV Parafix hired 3 new employees: Vince Booker, Shaun Packham and Martin Chatfield. 25 years later, they are Production Manager, Production Team Leader and Production Assistant, respectively. ADDEV Parafix recognised and rewarded their commitment and efforts, thanking them for their valued contribution to the company.

Vince (pictured second from the right) started in the Quality department and held a variety of positions there for the majority of his ADDEV Parafix career. In 2018, he was promoted to the position of Production Manager. Vince considers himself “lucky enough to work alongside some really wonderful and talented people, both within ADDEV Parafix and amongst our suppliers and customers.”

Shaun (pictured first from the right) started as a Machine Operator and has worked in various aspects of production and warehousing. Over the years, he has undertaken courses and has been promoted several times. He is particularly thankful to ADDEV Parafix for unwavering support to employees - he knows the company has always got his back, regardless of the matter at hand.

Martin (pictured first from the left) started in the sales department, but his practical nature soon drew him to technical parts of the company. He has worked on various production processes and he is pleased to have had opportunities for international travel, particularly for the training on AccuPlace machines in the US. The highlight for him was meeting his wife Sharon, who works in ADDEV Parafix Accounts department.

The silver anniversary trio is pictured above with ADDEV Parafix’s General Manager, Steve Barwick (second from the left), who commented, “It’s fantastic that we have over 75 years of ADDEV Parafix experience between just 3 members of staff. They all bring a great depth of different strengths to their roles and it’s great that ADDEV Parafix has been able to generate new challenges to keep them interested, and continually developing. I thank all of them for their commitment and hard work.”

ADDEV Parafix has enjoyed low staff turnover over the years, allowing us to grow our technical capabilities and giving us a competitive advantage in the industry.
