3M™ 3998 (light blue) tape is a flexible polyethylene coated cloth tape, with an aggressive rubber-resin adhesive. It is an easy tear, versatile tape, and available other colours (white, green, red, silver, black and olive). 3998 (light blue) tape is also available in non-standard slit rolls, sheets and custom shapes.
