Overview for 3M™ 427
3M™ 427 tape is a soft aluminium tape with an acrylic adhesive coated on one side. It is commonly used in high performance, chemical stripping, masking and heat reflection applications. 427 tape meets UL746C and UL723 for flammability and FAR 25.853(a). It is available in non-standard slit rolls, sheets and custom shapes.
