3M™ 5514-0.25 is a thermally conductive silicone interface pad. It is a tacky, highly conformable silicone elastomer sheet, designed to provide heat transfer path between heat generating components and heat sinks, heat spreaders and other cooling devices.
It offers high temperature resistance, good thermal conductivity and dielectric properties. 5514-0.25 is UL 94 V-0 rated and has good flexibility with over bending. This product can be used for heat management of electronic devices and joining/stacking parts in electronic components.
