3M™ 5570-1.5 is a thermally conductive, acrylic interface pad. It is a highly conformable and tacky acrylic elastomer sheet, filled with conductive ceramic particles, designed to provide preferential heat transfer path between heat generating components and heat spreaders. This product offers good thermal conductivity, insulation properties, conformability and recovery rate.
It has a slightly tacky surface and good wettability for better thermal conductivity. Mechanical fastening such as clamp, bracket and screw, as well as additional tapes and adhesives, can be used in parallel with this pad.
