3M™ 5595-2.0 is a 2mm thick, thermally conductive silicone interface pad. It is a soft, silicone elastomer with thermal conductivity of 1.6 W/m-K. This product is conformable at low pressure to minimise stress on components and fill gaps.

It offers good dielectric properties, good thermal conductivity and the product’s tack can support the pad in final assembly if required. Common applications include thermal management of batteries, LED lighting and thermal interface damping/cushioning.
