Overview for 3M™ 8953

3M™ 8953 is a utility packaging tape reinforced with continuous glass filaments which give tensile strength to the tape. Its synthetic rubber adhesive is formulated to adhere adequately to fibreboard surfaces and its ScotchPro™ polypropylene backing provides abrasion, moisture and scuff resistance.

8953 tape is available in non-standard slit rolls, sheets and custom shapes. This product is the mono-weave equivalent to 3M™ 8954.
