Overview for 3M™ 9960

3M™ 9960 is a clear hydrophilic polyester film, coated on both sides with a 3M proprietary hydrophilic anti-fog technology. This is a dimensionally stable film, with non-leaching hydrophilic coating technology.

9960 film is used for fluid transport through test strip or lab on a chip constructions. It is available in non-standard slit rolls, sheets and custom shapes.

During COVID-19 pandemic, this material is used for making face shields due to its anti-fog properties.
