Overview for 3M™ TCG-2031
3M™ TCG-2031 thermally conductive grease is a high performance thermal interface material, designed for use in screen printing applications. Screen printing of this material results in a thinner bond line and consequently higher thermal performance. This product offers good bulk conductivity, excellent thermal impedance and good wet-out.
