3M™ 9882 thermally conductive adhesive transfer tape is designed to provide a preferential heat transfer path between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices (e.g. fans, heat spreaders or heat pipes). It offers excellent shock performance, good thermal conductivity and good electrical insulation properties.
9882 tape is ideal for thin bonding applications and is available in non-standard slit rolls, sheets or custom shapes.
