Expanding our product portfolio with custom porous vents and membranes from Porex
Parafix has a long-standing relationship with Porex Corporation, having become a Preferred Converter of their porous materials back in 2015. We are pleased to announce we are growing this relationship further: As of summer 2020, Parafix is also a Distributor of Porex Virtek® PTFE materials with global coverage, although focusing on the UK & EU markets.
This new arrangement will allow Parafix a greater inventory of Porex materials, enabling us to provide our customers with quicker order fulfilment and lower minimum order quantities (MOQ).
Porex Virtek® PTFE is used in numerous applications in medical devices, automotive and industrial systems, keeping dust and moisture out, while allowing for air and gasses to pass. Multiple functionalities include protecting electronics from external environments, relieving pressure and allowing for cooling, amongst others.
