Overview for 3M™ 2191FR

3M™ 2191FR is a nickel on copper-plated PET ripstop fabric shielding tape, coated on one side with a conductive acrylic adhesive. The nickel on copper-plated polyester fabric backing provides corrosion resistance and good shielding effectiveness, as well as excellent flexibility, conformability and mechanical strength. The fabric backing also minimises the possibility of finger laceration. This lightweight EMI shielding tape can be used in many applications such as grounding and EMI shielding in equipment, components and shielded rooms.

2191FR tape has a UL510 flame rating and is available in non-standard slit rolls, sheets and custom shapes.
