Overview for 3M™ 1182

3M™ 1182 is a double sided EMI shielding tape with a dead soft copper foil carrier, coated on both sides with a conductive acrylic adhesive. The conductive particles in the adhesive provides low contact resistance between substrates and the backing to drain static charge.

1182 tape makes an excellent conductive gasket and is typically used to bond two surfaces together, both electrically and physically.

1182 tape has a UL 510 flame rating and is available in non-standard slit rollls, sheets and custom shapes.
