3M 27 glass cloth electrical tape is coated on one side with a rubber thermosetting adhesive. It is designed to operate in 600-volt dry applications requiring high mechanical strength and resistance to high temperatures.
The glass cloth is specially treated and prepared to provide corrosion free protection. It has a high tensile strength and will not shrink, rot or burn.
Electrically insulating 3M 27 tape is available in non-standard slit rolls, sheets and custom shapes.
